This form can be used to request that items in the State Library collection be made available online. Submit this form to complete your request. We appreciate your input. Your requests help us identify and prioritize the highest-value items in our collection for digitization. Please note that digitization selection and processing can take up to 4-6 months. We will not be able to fulfill all requests (for example, if items requested are under copyright). Include your e-mail address if you would like updates on this item's digitization status.
NOTE: Any item in the collection that is not a state publication and was published after 1924 is not eligible for digitization due to copyright restrictions. In addition, at this time, we are unable to digitize microfilm, video, or audio. Please request these items at your local public library through Interlibrary Loan.
